Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Assam for a day-long visit, commencing with an aerial display by the Indian Air Force. He is set to inaugurate the Kumar Bhaskar Varma Setu, the first extradosed bridge in Northeast India, and the temporary campus of IIM Guwahati.
