Chinese livestream influencer Wang Yefei, also known as Sister Wang Zha, died on March 9 at age 39 after collapsing during a livestream. She suddenly grabbed her head and asked staff to call China’s emergency number 120. Doctors later confirmed a brainstem hemorrhage. According to Jimu News and VNExpress International, the hardworking seller often livestreamed seven to ten hours daily.
