Superdry co-founder James Holder has been convicted of rape by a jury at Gloucester Crown Court. The incident occurred after a night out in Cheltenham, with prosecutors arguing the woman’s intoxication impaired her ability to resist. Holder’s defence claimed the encounter was consensual, but the jury found him guilty of rape.
