A Srinagar court issued non-bailable warrants for former J&K Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah and another accused for failing to appear in connection with alleged financial irregularities in the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association. The court found prima facie evidence of criminal conspiracy and breach of trust in the siphoning of Rs 43 crore.
