Two men were arrested in connection with a meticulously planned cash van robbery in Ghaziabad. The gang surveilled the vehicle for six months and rehearsed the heist four times before stealing nearly Rs 27 lakh. Police uncovered the operation after reviewing CCTV footage and identified the mastermind.
