A New Jersey mother who initially planned to divide her estate equally among her four children changed her will in 2016, excluding both sons after their relationship deteriorated. Following her death in 2024, the sons challenged the decision, alleging that their sisters had influenced her. One daughter had been her sole caregiver since 1996. However, on October 16, 2026, a New Jersey appeals court upheld the revised will.
