The iconic Boeing 747-200B, a 35-year veteran of presidential service, completed its final flight as Air Force One, carrying President Trump back from France. This long-serving aircraft, affectionately nicknamed ‘SAM 2900’, is being retired. A newly refitted Boeing 747, gifted by Qatar, is set to take over presidential duties, with a potential inaugural flight to Mount Rushmore next month.
