A large federal desert parcel near Las Vegas will become Monument Hills, a new master-planned community. This development will feature up to 6,000 homes and various amenities for residents. The $94 million land deal is the largest BLM transaction in the valley for decades. Proceeds from the sale will fund projects across Nevada, including parks and education. First homes are anticipated to be available around spring 2028.
