Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) will retire employees aged 60 and above, as reported by Arab Times on August 2, 2025. This initiative aligns with Kuwait’s national workforce strategy to prioritize Kuwaiti professionals and reduce reliance on expatriate labour. KPC aims to recruit fresh graduates, particularly engineers and technicians, to strengthen national employment in the oil sector.
