Japanese mystery author Keigo Higashino has died at age sixty-eight. His publisher announced his passing on Monday, which caused widespread grief. Higashino wrote over one hundred books, translated into many languages worldwide. His works were adapted for film and television, gaining him a large following. He was known for merging science and detective fiction with human observations.
