Iran has executed Mehdi Farid, convicted of espionage for Israel’s Mossad. The judiciary stated Farid was found guilty of “intelligence cooperation and espionage for the Zionist regime.” This execution follows a series of recent hangings linked to protests authorities allege were instigated by foreign powers.
