Accused of luring passengers into false massage offers, he allegedly proceeded to inappropriately touch victims in a confined space. The FBI has launched an investigation into the troubling incidents, which took place under US maritime jurisdiction. Pawar has confessed that his actions fell well outside his professional duties.
