Celebrating its 250th anniversary, Gettysburg’s historic Dobbin House hosted a memorable consecration ceremony. Originally completed in 1776, this iconic building has played various roles over the centuries. In the 1970s, local patrons Jacqueline and Gary White saved it from being demolished. The upcoming unveiling of Dobbin House Square promises new museum exhibits. The anniversary festivities will include reenactments, enchanting music, and a ceremonial cannon salute.
