On Sunday, the Houthis issued a warning against using Saudi airspace for all but Mecca and Medina airports. This warning follows an attack on Riyadh’s international airport that resulted in civilian casualties and fatalities. Houthi spokesperson Yahya Saree indicated their targeting actions would continue based on a tit-for-tat strategy. Saudi Arabia vowed retaliation, labeling the attack a war crime and a violation of international law.
