A Connecticut wool mill that closed in 2013, leaving 85 workers jobless, has been revived by former investment banker Jacob Harrison Long. He bought the 475,000-square-foot factory in 2014 despite having no manufacturing experience. Twelve years later, the mill employs about 50 people and supplies fabric for US military uniforms. Long now hopes to expand textile manufacturing across New England.
