Gujarat’s voter count has dropped by 13.4% to 4.4 crore after a special revision removed 77 lakh names and added 9.5 lakh new electors. This significant decline follows two rounds of scrutiny, with over 40 lakh voters identified as permanently shifted and 18 lakh deceased.
