A dispute between three siblings over their 95-year-old mother’s care reached the Georgia Court of Appeals after one son restricted his sister’s visits and questions emerged over the handling of their mother’s money. The woman, who has advanced dementia, had previously authorised her son to manage her affairs. However, the court upheld her daughter’s appointment as guardian.
