Indian warships have been involved in various international exercises simultaneously across Europe, Africa, and Russia’s Pacific coast. The exercises focus on enhancing interoperability, maritime diplomacy, and securing vital sea routes for India. Recent activities included the Exercise Konkan-26 with the UK Navy and Exercise Varuna with the French Navy. Additionally, INS Tarkash participated in Exercise IBSAMAR in South Africa while INS Sahyadri engaged with the Russian navy during Exercise INDRA-2026.
