France has approved a nationwide ban on social media for children under fifteen. This new law also prohibits mobile phone use within high schools across the nation. President Macron wants the ban to begin at the start of the next school year. This measure aims to protect young users from harmful online content and its effects. Several other European countries are also considering similar restrictions on digital platforms.
