Ukraine launched drone strikes against Russian targets in Omsk, hitting a petrochemical plant and a warehouse. In retaliation, a Russian drone attack on Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region resulted in three civilian deaths and injuries. The strikes also caused significant disruptions to electricity in Crimea and other occupied areas of Ukraine. Power restoration efforts are ongoing as residents face temporary power cuts.
