Delhi has officially launched its Electric Vehicles Policy 2026, effective July 1, 2026, aiming to boost EV adoption and improve air quality until March 2030. It also mandates the phasing out of petrol and CNG two-wheeler registrations by April 2028, alongside a Rs 15,000 crore investment and plans for over 30,000 charging points.
