An Australian property developer has sued Victoria’s Suburban Rail Loop Authority for at least A$100 million after a railway project stalled construction of 218 apartments in Melbourne for two years. The dispute concerns the government’s acquisition of underground land, leaving more than 100 homebuyers waiting for their apartments.
