Devastating floods in Texas Hill Country have claimed at least 32 lives, including 14 children, with several still missing. Among the missing are 27 girls from a Christian summer camp along the Guadalupe River. Governor Greg Abbott has declared a state of disaster, deploying the National Guard and state troopers for extensive search and rescue operations.
