Heavy machinery has begun grading the former Vierling family farm in Minnesota for a new housing development. The Prior Lake City Council recently approved the plans for the 262-home neighborhood named Vierling Ridge. Pulte Homes aims to complete the main infrastructure by autumn, allowing construction to begin in winter. Various housing styles are planned, catering to different demographics and needs. The entire project is expected to be completed by 2032.
