An abandoned Kohl’s store in Roswell, Georgia, has been redeveloped into a large church. This $28 million project created an 80,000-square-foot multi-use event venue. Eagles Nest Church purchased the site and completed the extensive renovations. The new facility will host worship services and various community events starting September 2026. Future development plans include additional retail and family-focused businesses on the property.
