President Biden commuted the death sentences of 37 federal inmates, including individuals convicted of heinous crimes like child murder and mass murder. While condemning their acts, Biden reiterated that he condemns these murders and grieves for the victims but he is now convinced more than ever that the death penalty at the federal level should be stopped.
