R Nadhiban, a 22-year-old Indian-origin man, was charged in Singapore for allegedly attacking Kaalithasan Govindaragi with a knife in a Hougang car park, injuring his arm. The naked Nadhiban also damaged a parked vehicle and a bus before assaulting police officers with a wooden plank.
