‘Fake guarantee’: ED arrests BTPL’s Partha Biswal; will confront him with Anil

 Enforcement Directorate arrested Partha Biswal, MD of Biswal Tradelink Pvt Ltd, concerning a Rs 68-crore fake bank guarantee provided by Reliance ADAG to SECI. Reliance Power Ltd allegedly paid Rs 5.4 crore to Biswal’s company for the fraudulent guarantee, using forged documents.
