The Idaho Supreme Court has revived a legal dispute involving condominium owners challenging changes to property ownership. The contentious amendments were made by the Crystal Beach Condominium Association, affecting owners’ shares and rental rules. A previous dismissal by a lower court has been partly overturned, confirming owners’ rights to challenge changes impacting their property. Plaintiffs now have their claims for declaratory relief and title slander allowed to proceed.
