Tyler Perry has reduced the asking price of his Wyoming mansion by $3.5 million, bringing it down to $36 million after reportedly buying a $30 million home in Puerto Rico. Built in 2019, the 37-acre estate features nine bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a home theatre, a cowboy-themed bar, a swimming pool and a guesthouse.
