Dog survives 34 days alone in Yellowstone, losing nearly half her weight

In an extraordinary survival story, Luna, a spirited Jack Russell terrier, went missing from her family’s cabin in Yellowstone National Park for 34 days. Rescuers launched an intensive search, leading to her discovery on October 14, right before the onset of winter conditions. Although significantly weakened, Luna’s return was met with joy and gratitude, both for her family and the devoted rescuers who never gave up on her. In an extraordinary survival story, Luna, a spirited Jack Russell terrier, went missing from her family’s cabin in Yellowstone National Park for 34 days.
