French photographer Julien Anton won the top prize at the Ocean Photographer of the Year 2026 awards. His winning image captured a male seahorse with two newborn juveniles in French Polynesia. Anton spent many hours searching for the rare seahorse family in Mo’orea. The photograph also won the Wildlife category before receiving the grand prize. Other international photographers also received awards across various competition categories.
