Johnny Somali’s appeal has been rejected by a South Korean court, leaving his six-month prison sentence with labor unchanged. Prosecutors also failed to secure a longer three-year sentence. According to Legal Mindset, Somali may still appeal to the Supreme Court. The case follows his convictions over business obstruction, public disturbance and deepfake-related offenses in South Korea.
