A 76-year-old British broadcast engineer, Jan William Langford, working for the IPL 2026 in Mumbai, was found dead in his hotel room. Hotel staff discovered him unconscious and he was declared dead on arrival at the hospital. Police have registered a case of accidental death after a postmortem revealed no suspicious findings.
