Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner has changed his stance on a controversial tattoo. He now states he no longer apologizes for the symbol, which resembled a Nazi emblem. Platner claims Jewish leaders understood his explanation after he shared his story. He previously said he got the tattoo in Croatia while inebriated and did not know its Nazi connection.
