Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma claimed a schedule exists for senior Congress leaders to join the BJP, following former state chief Bhupen Borah’s switch. Sarma asserted this move would leave no Hindu leaders in the Congress in Assam, with further defections planned for future elections.
